Cancellation Policies:

​

All cancellations require a 24 hour notice, if cancellation is not made within 24 hours, 15% of  payment becomes non- refundable.

Upon cancellation, you have one time to reschedule your class.

​

Travel Outside of Service Area:

​

Our listed services assume clients are within a 50-mile radius of our office. Additional travel fees will be added for services provided outside of the 50-mile radius of the R service area.

​

Security:

​

Please be assured that your information is protected and secure. We value your privacy and do not provide customer information to third parties.

​

Credentials:

​

The American Heart Association has certified all of our instructors.

​

Class Times & Arrival Times:

​

All start times for classes are prompt. However, end times can change w/additional questions/practices as need. Admittance to class may not be allowed if arriving 15 minutes or more late. We prefer you arrive at least 20 minutes before start time.

​

Children/Guests:

​

Children or unregistered quests are not allowed in class. Children under the age of 14 taking CPR and/or First Aid classes must register and attend with an adult.

​

Registration & Payment Policies:

​

Registration is not complete until the class is paid for by registrant. Upon completing the online registration form you will be contacted to provide payment information. We accept credit and debit cards, cash and business/corporate checks. We do not accept PERSONAL CHECKS.

* We require a minimum of 5 individuals for on-site training. Please note on-site training may be scheduled for less than 5 participants, however a surcharge will added.
